how we work

The project manager
is the intermediary between
the client and the agency’s
various professionals and coordinates
the entire working process, from the initial
request to the final delivery.

How we work

Langue&Parole only collaborates with professional mother-tongue translators and editors with high-level profiles, selected on the basis of their academic qualifications and professional experience. In the case of translations, our collaborators exclusively translate into their mother-tongue and in specialized sectors where they have already gained proven experience.

For each project, on the basis of the specific characteristics of the text, the Langue&Parole project manager (pm) – the client’s contact during the entire assignment – will indentify the most suitable professional, either in-house or freelance, to whom they assign the work, constantly monitoring their progress, providing them with support and all the material necessary for the correct completion of the translation or editing project. Then Langue&Parole internally carry out a complete revision of the text. This stage is focused on quality control and polishing the work in relation to its completeness, linguistic uniformity and grammatical, terminological and stylistic correctness, if necessary. The project manager, the intermediary between the client and the agency’s various professionals, coordinates the entire work process, from the initial request to the final delivery, ensuring that everything is carried out to its best, tapping on all available resources and guaranteeing delivery within the set deadlines. Once the work has been consigned, the project manager is the reference person for the client should they have any doubts or additional needs related to such work.
